2013 - REUNION - 160 SQUADRON RAF

The 2013 Reunion for 160 Squadron has been booked for the weekend of 13th /14th/15th September 2013 at The Angel Hotel Leamington Spa.

I will ensure that where necessary bedrooms are close to the lifts and I have asked that the Saturday night dinner be held in a private room rather than in the dining room.

As usual the options are: to arrive on the Friday night and stay for two nights, arrive on the Saturday and stay for one night or simply to attend the dinner if you do not require any accommodation.

The charges are unchanged and have been held at the same rates since 2009.

The prices including VAT are:

£110.00 for a twin or double room per night for dinner, bed & breakfast (£55.00 per person)

£65.00 for a single room per night for dinner, bed & breakfast

Examples: If a couple stay for two nights the total cost would be £220.00. If a single person stays for two nights the total cost would be £130.00.

So that we can make confirmed bookings please complete and return the form below. I have block booked a number of rooms and these are on a first come first served basis. It does make life easier for me if you book via me rather than direct with the hotel otherwise it is difficult to monitor the situation.
